  • Q1Can we change the order of photo locations?

    <For All Basic Tours>
    We are sorry, but the order cannot be changed for any of these tours.

    <For Customized Tours or Order Made Tours>
    The order cannot be changed once registered, so please ensure the order is as desired at the time of application.

  • Q2Are there any deadlines for reservations?

    Online applications must be completed at least 7 days in advance. For applications of 6 or less days in advance, application must be done over the phone in order to ensure tour availability. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get your desired date and time.

  • Q3When will the photo data arrive?

    We will send the data to the specified e-mail address within 30 days from the shooting date.

  • Q1What payment methods are available?

    This varies by plan.
    -For the basic tour plans, payment may be completed by wire transfer or by credit card.
    -For the customized or order made plans, payment must be made in cash after the tour has concluded.

  • Q2Are there cancellation fees?

    Cancellation fees will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please refer to the following information for cancellation time tables and applicable fees. For more information, please view this page. Please note that all cancellations will incur a handling fee.

    • One month in advance: No fee
    • One month to 14 days in advance: 30% fee
    • 7-14 days in advance: 50% fee
    • 7 or less days in advance: 100% fee
  • Q3Can we schedule tours on the day we arrive or depart Hawaii?

    We strongly advise against scheduling tours on such days. In the event of flight delays or other circumstances, you may miss your tour. In such events, we will not be able issue a refund nor be able to change your schedule.

  • Q4How many people maximum can go on a tour?

    At most, four people can go on tours. For larger parties, please inquire in advance before booking.

  • Q1Is there any place to store valuables or personal effects during photography?

    We are sorry, but we cannot look after any personal items during photography. We also do not have space to store suitcases or similar items. In order to prevent loss or damage of such items, we advise you to leave valuables behind in your hotel or place of lodging.

  • Q2What happens in the event of rain?

    This will be at the discretion of the coordinator and photographer. In certain cases, changes will need to be made to the schedule. Please be advised that we are unable to issue a refund in the event of rain or poor weather conditions.

  • Q3Will a cancellation fee be incurred if something unavoidable comes up and we can't go?

    We are sorry, but any cancellations made within the cancellation time table will incur a fee regardless of reason. We ask for your understanding on this matter.
