How to Apply

When viewing a tour, simply press the "Book Now" button and you'll be directed to our contact page where you can submit a reservation request. One of our representatives will get back to you with a schedule and estimate as well as instructions for making payment.

If you have any questions/concerns regarding the reservation, please don't hesitate to ask.

If satisfactory, we'll provide you with instructions on how to pay afterwards.

IMPORTANT: Customers wishing to book a tour less than 7 days in advance will need to call us to confirm if a reservation is possible. For customers wishing to reserve this way, please refer to the contact information below.

Making Payments

The method of accepted payment varies by tour.

For all basic tours, payment will need to be completed by either credit card or wire transfer.
For the customized or order made tours, payment will need to be completed in cash on the day of the tour after the tour concludes.

  • One month in advance: No fee
  • 14 days - one month: 30%
  • 7-14 days: 50%
  • Less than 7 days or no show: 100%
  • ※The above applies to canceled options as well.
  • ※Any cancellations or schedule changes made prior to the cancellation period will not incur a fee.
